HR Retained Consultancy services from Orla Rafferty Consulting is now in its 10th year, where clients are offered tailored support with high levels of experience and knowledge to guide them through all aspects of employing people.

Commencing with completion of an initial audit, organisations are provided with a proposal on work needed to ensure basic employment rights and needs. The next step on acceptance of proposal, is to review and update contracts of employment,  policies and processes, and provision of tool kits, and relevant resources. Once all processes in place, clients are offer a quick, responsive telephone or email support on employee related issues. Retained clients are provided with regular email updates on employment legislation, valuable, practical, insights on people leadership. 

Elevate Strategy and Leadership

Once the basics are in place, I encourage all retained clients to place people management and leadership at the heart of their business strategy. I provide a unique partnering option with excellence in commercial awareness, extensive knowledge and experience in staff communication, engagement along with a personable approach. Partnering will bring positive change and growth for organisations, this is achieved through using monthly accountability meetings and follow-ups.

Fostering Sustainable Growth

Retained clients are offered an initial trial period to allow bespoke partnering relationships to develop. There are opportunities to review and reflect, checking all objectives are being reached. If this is the case, a retained agreement is put in place for 12 months with renewal annually.
